Update: Transitional Shelter Day

Tom Corsellis provided an update on the proceedings of the Transitional Shelter Day, which took place on 26th May 2010.

Aims for Transitional Shelter Day:

• Launch of Transitional Shelter Guidelines publication, funded by DFID and now IOM
• Progress in Transitional Shelter Standards and Prototypes
• Understand more about good practice in procurement
• Understand more about the spectrum of Stockpiled Transitional Shelter
